Processing Time

• The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-14 days , thats all depend on the items so please check the product details for more info

Estimated shipping times

• All shipping is sent through the local post office , shipping times depend on the post office operating at full capacity.
• I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will probably takes from 3-5 weeks maximum 

Shipping address

• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed. 

Customs and import taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and exchanges

• I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
• Contact me within 3 days after your delivery made 
• Ship items back within 7 days of delivery
• Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
• Cancellation is not possible once the item has shipped
• Conditions of return
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
